* ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

 

Booking & Payment:

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date and time.

• Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is due on the day of the session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time. The original deposit will be applied as a credit toward the rescheduled session.​

• Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session time will result in the deposit being held as a credit for a future session, valid for up to 90 days from the original booking date.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.​

• No Call, No Show: Failure to confirm or communicate at least two (2) hours prior to the session will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.​

• Photographer-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare case that I must cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a future session, at your discretion.

RAW IMAGE POLICY FOR COLLABORATIONS & COMPLIMENTARY SHOOTS

Please note that raw images will not be provided for editing purposes in any complimentary or collaborative shoots. Only paying clients will receive raw files, as post-production editing is a key component of the final deliverables for paid services.

Location Details:

• Client-Provided Location: If you’re selecting the location or I’m commuting to you, the address must be provided at least 24 hours before the session.

• Studio Fee: Studio fees are not included in the package. A resource list of recommended locations, including studios, luxurious homes, cafes, and office spaces, will be provided.

Grace Period & Late Fee:

• Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• Late Fee: After 25 minutes, a $35 late fee will be applied.

• Session Cancellation: If you arrive 30 minutes late or more, the session will be canceled.

Image Delivery:

• Timeline: Final images will be delivered within 10 business days after the session. Larger packages may require additional time.

• Rush Fee: A $30 rush fee applies for a 2-day turnaround.

• Raw Photos: Raw images are not sold. Only edited, finalized photos will be delivered.

Travel Fees:

• Outside of Philadelphia: Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of Philadelphia. Travel will be via public transportation.
